If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.1.2 Clickwrap Assent & Lead Magnet Consent: Explicit consent is established upon taking any action on the Platform, including but not limited to submitting corporate email or trade categories for free matched opportunity lists ('Hook 1'), generating 2-page preview teasers ('Hook 2'), or completing checkout for paid tiers ($400 CAD One-Time, $700 CAD/mo Subscription, or $2,200 CAD 4-Month Term). The Service aggregates public tender opportunities, extracts mandatory compliance criteria, and drafts 2-page preview teasers and complete 8-page submission-ready technical proposals.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability for Scraped Tender Data & Portals

2.1 Scraped Procurement Sources: Stealth Bid aggregates public tender data, RFP packages, addenda, and procurement schedules from municipal, regional, provincial, and federal portals across Western Canada, including but not limited to the City of Calgary, MERX Alberta, Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC), BC Bid, British Columbia municipal portals, SaskTenders, Saskatchewan municipal/regional entities, and CanadaBuys.2.2 No Warranty of Accuracy or Timeliness: Company makes NO representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, eligibility requirements, site visit dates, or closing deadlines of any tender opportunity aggregated or matched by the Platform across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or federal portals.2.3 Mandatory Independent Verification: The Contractor holds sole, non-delegable responsibility for independently verifying all tender specifications, mandatory qualifications, pre-bid meeting requirements, bonding thresholds, addenda updates, and official submission procedures directly on the issuing public entity's official procurement board.2.4 Zero Liability for Missed Opportunities: Under no circumstances shall 2844580 Alberta Ltd. or its officers, directors, or operators be liable for missed submission deadlines, unverified addenda, cancelled tenders, misclassified trade categories, omitted listings, or lost commercial profits resulting from reliance on the Platform's matched tender feeds.

3.1 Automated AI Drafting Nature: All technical proposal outputs—including 2-page preview teasers, complete 8-page technical proposals, cover letters, scope alignment narratives, and compliance matrices—are generated via automated multi-stage artificial intelligence models (including TypeSafe Jev AI, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and OpenAI embeddings).3.2 Disclaimer of AI Accuracy & 'Misses': Contractor explicitly acknowledges that artificial intelligence engines can produce inaccuracies, factual errors, numerical discrepancies, hallucinations, or omitted clauses ('misses'). Company DOES NOT warrant that AI-generated proposals are error-free, complete, fully compliant with specific buyer criteria, or sufficient to secure a contract award.3.3 Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Validation: Stealth Bid is strictly an initial drafting assistant. The Contractor assumes full legal, technical, commercial, and operational responsibility for thoroughly reviewing, verifying, editing, validating, correcting, and signing all proposal outputs prior to official submission to any public or private purchasing authority in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or federal entities.3.4 Zero Liability for Disqualification or Rejection: 2844580 Alberta Ltd. assumes ZERO liability or responsibility if a Contractor's bid is disqualified, rejected, downgraded, penalized, or challenged due to errors, omissions, compliance failures, or formatting defects in AI-generated documents.
